Protecting your privacy is a central concern of mine. As an indie developer, I follow the principle of data minimization: I only collect the absolute minimum of data that is technically necessary for the operation of the website.

2. Website Hosting (GitHub Pages)

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA). When you visit the site, GitHub automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files). These include:

• IP address of your device
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the accessed file
• Browser type and operating system

This data is used for the security and stability of the site. I do not use external tracking tools like Google Analytics and do not set marketing cookies.

3. Viativity App (100% Offline)

The Viativity app strictly respects your privacy and works completely offline:

• Sensor Data: All sensor data from your smartphone required for the functions (e.g., artificial horizon) is processed exclusively in real-time locally on your device.
• No Storage: No movement or location profiles are created or stored.
• No Cloud Transfer: There is absolutely no data transfer of your usage data to external servers.

4. Contacting Support

If you contact me via email (support@viativity.app), I will use your details (email address, name, message) exclusively to process your request. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent and will be deleted after the inquiry has been resolved.

5. Information and Deletion

Since I do not collect or store any personal data from you either on the website or in the app, there is systematically no data that could be accessed, blocked, or deleted.
